My HVAC went out over the weekend during the cold snap at around 4 AM. Called his office at 8 AM on a Sunday, and he was at my house that afternoon and had the issue fixed within an hour! Fantastic service! What was more, Robert took the time to walk me through each issue and how to trouble shoot moving forward! I called Genmechancial cause my heater wasn’t working, he came same day, fast and extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing and even gave me a few tips on my ac /heating. I will put him on my top and only ac business to call and rely on. 100% satisfied.

My heater failed to start on one of the coldest evenings we’ve had and I’m 90 years old and can’t stand the cold. I called Robert and he was out to my house in less than 30 minutes and fixed it. I really appreciate such prompt service.

Do not recommend based on unprofessional financial record keeping, jobs performed record keeping and quality control follow-up and finally, and most importantly, dishonest lack of accountability when work turns out to be defective or ineffective. Owner showed no interest in personally investigating incomplete technician work, despite legitimate evidence presented by homeowner. Tried to avoid responsibility by offering a “free”, less costly, service.
