Genova Marble and Granite

1 star is WAY too many. No need for words as the countless photos taken after their very recent “installation” or lack there of considering they simply refuse to finish our project, despite being paid in full since last year, speak volumes and are a true testament to their workmanship, professionalism, standards and customer service. Sadly, it’s evident that our experience isnt a one off as “Nikki’s review” just below mine- validates and further details everything you need to know about their “customer service”.

The countertops are beautiful however the sealant started coming up within a few days after the installation. They came out two times after that to add more sealant but within a few days it started cracking again. I’ve owned my home for 13 years and the original sealant never cracked. Also, we had the quartz go up the wall instead of adding a backsplash and the work itself is just sloppy. They were very kind to work with and did their best to try to fix it but overall I’m not happy with the work. It should look much cleaner and to me is an eye sore. Now I have to pay a contractor to fix what was done which is more money out of my pocket. I would not use them again.

Very professional team, amazing job, and the best price! We talked to many companies but or the price or the company's working system was not good. Genova marble was referred to us by our friends who previously worked with them and I am very glad that we gave our project to them. Especially would like to thank Sam and Alex for amazing kitchen , master bathroom and the outside grill 😍😍😍Highly recommended!

This place is absolutely amazing! The customer service was exceptional. They really went out of their way to provide me with assistance and guidance. With that being said, I will definitely spread the word about this place and visit sometime again.

Work is out of this world! Called these great people to remodel my mother’s kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Very professional, honest and respectful can’t wait to get more work in the future!
