My experience with Genrose Ipswich was exceptional. Mike was invaluable, patient, and full of ideas. In my absence, he worked wonders with my contractor (who also raved about the service) It was a seamless, professional, and engaging experience.

I needed to find some nice porcelain tiles for a new bathroom. I tried Home Depot, Lowe's and a couple of flooring showrooms and couldn't find what I was looking for. Then, I took a drive out to Ipswich and found exactly what I was looking for. Not only that but received personal service that was helpful and friendly. The salesman took his time and showed me all the options available to me. The floor looks amazing! I couldn't be happier!!

We needed to match existing tile for out sunroom after we removed our hot tub. Rick was so wonderful in our pursuit. He ordered samples that matched perfectly. The room looks beautiful with the finished floor. I have recommended friends to ask for Rick.He made the project go so well.

Rick was excellent, patient and helped me find a combination that worked for me - and from my travels, they have extraordinary quality and selection. He even helped me with paint selection. Of course he worked with the contractors and it made the process so much easier for me and we are really happy with the result.
