Gentille Plumbing and Heating

I made an appointment to have Gentille plumbing to look at my water heater. It was not heating. up and the water, at best, was luke warm. Ryan showed up on time and he diagnosed the issue in about 10 minutes. I had a choice, repair the water heater, which was 13 years old or replace it. Ryan said 13 years was a long time for a water heater. If I repaired it, there was no guarantee that something else would not go wrong since it was 13 years old and the repair was about 1/2 the price of replacement. Needless to say I told him to replace it. He went and picked up a commercial grade water heater and had it installed in about 2 hrs. I called Gentille Plumbing for a problem with a clogged drain in my water heater. Ryan was able to come quickly and gave me a fair price for the job. It turned out to be a complicated repair and took much longer than expected but Ryan stuck to his price and stayed until he was absolutely certain the whole job was complete. He is honest and competent and also a nice guy. I highly recommend his company.

5 Stars ! Ryan was prompt, polite and efficient. We had him replace 3 toilets in our house and he was nothing but professional and courteous ! There was a little issue with one of the older toilets and he was able to make the correction , get the needed parts and still finish the whole project in very good time ! We will be using Ryan again for 5 new faucet replacements on our sinks! Thanks Ryan

Ryan was very responsive to my request and communicated clearly about timing and cost. He fixed a leak in our kitchen and installed a new faucet. He also was kind enough to talk through a few other plumbing questions in our 1915 house that was very helpful to have a professional opinion on. Overall, he did great work at a very fair price.
