Florida's humidity prompted me to get my ducts cleaned, and I am so glad I did. Technician Kyle was awesome 😎, he cleared out mold build up and dried up gechko that must have crawled in. The air is crisp now and my ac is more efficient. I am very happy with the outcome.

I was planning to have my furnace checked and a good friend STRONGLY recommended Doug, at Gentle Air Inc.. Am I glad she was so insistent. Scheduled an appointment and Doug and his son arrived exactly on time on the date scheduled. They were going to clean and service my furnace. When I scheduled the appointment, I asked Doug if they would also check and service my power humidifier. He indicated that would be part of the maintenance. My humidifier was not working. After they worked on the furnace and humidifier, they discovered a 1. broken wire to the humidifier, 2. a bad switch, a faulty humidity controller and a plugged drain hose.
