We had Chase come out because we were convinced we had a roof leak after noticing water in our garage. After a thorough inspection, he was incredibly honest and explained that the roof was not the issue. Instead, he helped us identify that the water was seeping in from an area where new flooring had recently been installed (we could actually see it seeping in after!) I truly appreciated his integrity—he could have easily told us we needed unnecessary roof repairs, but instead took the time to explain what he was seeing and point us in the right direction. It’s rare to find someone this knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a roofer they can genuinely trust.

Really wanted to keep my dollars local. I reached out to several roofing contractors in the Long Beach area and Kevin J. of Gentle Giant by far was the most knowledgeable, professional and competitively priced for the services we needed. We bought our home in December of 2023 as a probate property. Not knowing the age, condition, and details of our roof was making it difficult for our insurer to renew us. Kevin came out and did a thorough inspection. We then agreed to a full roof maintenance and certification because our roof still has a number of years left in it.
