I have had a service contract with Gentry for many years and have always been satisfied with the service. This week It was the coldest icy day in years. My gas furnace was switching off and on irregularly . I called Gentry expecting to need a house call and spoke with a most helpful and patient lady named Sarah S. She advised me what to try to resolve the issue myself first. I did as instructed and everything started working as normal and has continued! She was most helpful and patient and I am happy to give her and Gentry 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!😊

Cameron is absolutely amazing. He came out listened to the issue i was having and took his time to fix it. I could of not asked for anything more then what he provided. He fixed my heat right before this whatever storm we are about to have. If you have an issue and need repairs I would and will specifically ask for this gentleman for it. JOB WELL DONE Tyrell! Best experience ever having my Air Ducks cleaned and sanitized. Unfortunately he had to stop because of a equipment brake down and he had to go get a replacement in which put you behind schedule. With Tyrell professionallizem and sincere attention to detail oh and he explained the service he had performed to mak sure I understood what it was all about. Gentry was the lowest quote for a Mitsubishi mini-split and they completed the work extremely well and with no drama. I've used many heating/air contractors in Asheville and this was the best experience I've had. I will definitely use Gentry in the future.

Gas furnace/no heat in a snowy, Saturday night at 930pm. I called the emergency line, Chris called me back within a minute. He helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone. The heat is back on and just in time as the temperature is dropping quickly! Thank you!
