Mario has a superior team. Their work ethic far exceeds most Construction teams. I found his crew to do fast work, honest, clean up was marvelous. The work they did for my home was remove old and add new gutter installation, patio and deck repair, repaired 2 exterior doors, re- sealed the entire exterior around windows, broken shingles, and soffits. Five stage process of revitalization to my roof: clean, repair, seal, prime and paint roof shingles. And then company painted the exterior of my home, decks, patios and fences. The appearance is like a brand new home. We are very happy.

When I called Mario, he answered immediately. We set the date for consultation and he was on time. We spoke for a while and walked the outside of home. He explained in detail what the process was for repairing, priming and painting. Mario explained everything that would take place. He explained the options available and once we decided what would be best he provided us a quote. We then discussed the options for a redo for the kitchen. Again he was very thorough with his explanation. Needless to say we took both quotes and we have ended up with a Fabulous outside and Fabulous kitchen. The Team he has is very professional, respectful and considerate. After working all day, they clean up so they can begin the work the next day. Fabulous work very well performed.

I inquired several companies for free consultations for our exterior painting project, and I ended up hiring Genuine Coatings. Mario worked with our needs and limited budget and remained flexible throughout the process. The crew was courteous and skilled. Our home's curb appeal improved dramatically. A fresh coat of paint does increase the value of the house instantly and inexpensively, but it all depends on the quality of the job. And I can't be happier with the way it came out with their suggestions and the job they finished. I'll be contacting them for a future project for the reasons of reasonable price, quality, and ease of working together. I'm a busy working mom who doesn't normally bother writing reviews, but if you're in the market for a painter, you should give this company a try

Mario and his team are amazing! Mario came over quickly when we wanted a quote and gave a thorough quote detailing all the work and materials. When it came to the work, he and his team worked really hard. They were on time, professional and did a really great and detailed job. Mario is such a lovely guy I keep trying to think of other projects he could help with. Thoroughly recommend this business.

It's been a great experience working with Genuine Coating and I am very happy with the finish product. Our house had both stucco finich and wood siding on exterior walls. Also, many of the fascia wood framing were rotted and deteriorated. I talked to several painting contractors but they were not able to give me an exact estimate. Many of them didn't even want to fix the deteriorated wood frames. Then I met Mario. First, he walked me through the whole process using his tablet and showing photos of different stages of work. Then, he gave me an exact estimate for wood work and for surface prep and painting separately. He told me the project is going to take about 10 days with all the wood repair and surface prep. I was happy to finally have a clear picture of the cost and time estimate. I si
