Genuine Heating & Cooling

They do half fast work and have horrible customer service. They forgot to put a filter in my brand new system that they installed almost a year ago and when I asked them to come take a look at it to make sure everything is running fine cause it hasn’t been. They told me nothing is wrong and he would ask his tech and I haven’t heard from them.

I reached out to Genuine Heating & Cooling for a quote on commercial work I need completed for a restaurant I am buying. Chuck was very responsive. I walked him through my project on the phone. He set up an appointment to have a tech come out. Tech was immediately available. I met Rich at the site. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through what he felt was my best options to maximize the heat & AC at the best price. Very professional, knowledgeable, great communication and follow up. Highly recommend Genuine Heating & Cooling!

I have to express my disappointment with management. I had both my units replaced by them a year and a half ago and had to call 3 times with issues before each season. Although that is disappointing I’’m more upset with how the owner handled the situation. I was not nasty or rude just expressed my concerns that we have had to call a few times for repairs on brand new units and that worried me for the future. He got very defensive, rude and never addressed my concerns but tried to argue with me on how many phones he thought I actually made. Instead of reassuring me these are rare mistakes, he made me very uncomfortable with my purchase and lost my trust with future maintenance. I will say every single tech that has been to house has been a pleasure which is why I gave the company 2 stars i

We had a great experience so far working with Ryan. He responds to all phone calls, arrived at our house at the time he said he would, and spent a lot of time explaining everything that needed to be done. I called him twice after our meeting with more questions and he patiently explained whatever I needed clarified. He is definitely the kind of person you want to come to your house when you need work done in heating and cooling. Very happy that we met him! :)

Excellent job done! Have a new AC unit and Furnace replaced fast and easy , can’t wait to test it out on the hot days and winter! They went above and beyond! Honest people!
