We use Genuine Plumbing to keep our shop and offices operating efficiently. They also handle our required inspections. During the recent cold snap we had a pipe freeze up over the weekend and cause a flood. Genuine responded promptly and remained on site until the problem was fixed. The plumbers are top notch. Highly recommended.

I wish I had listened to the other reviews warning me about this plumber. Unfortunately, my experience confirmed every negative comment. The plumber came out but didn’t fix a single issue. Without asking for permission, they went to several stores trying to find a part that didn’t even exist — and then charged me for that wasted time. To make matters worse, they left my bathroom in a complete mess and still didn’t solve the problem. A week later, I hired a different plumber who fixed everything perfectly, charged less, and spent way less time. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this one.

I strongly suggest avoiding this company. They grossly overcharge and when the shower faucet they supposedly fixed started leaking again just a few days later, they would not take responsibility and said they would charge all over again to fix it. In response to my review, above, the owner responded and said they strive to be helpful and if there's anything they can do to help, to let them know. They charged me almost $1000 to fix the faucet and three days later it was still leaking, so yes, they could help by giving me a refund. Will they?
