When Tom first arrived at our house for the assessment, he was very thorough explaining as to what we would expect. He is a very down to earth person and easy to talk to. We liked him immediately. We never felt pressured to sign anything. We called him in a few days to set up the installation. Tom and Josh are very professional, and explicitly explained everything along the way as to what they were doing. 5 Star Service! First interaction was getting scheduled for a quote, where Tom showed up on time and took direct measurements of my attic for insulation removal. I was very happy that he took measurements manually and with a laser tool rather than the typical run-of-the-mill contractors measuring from the outside perimeter of house. Tom took this back and sent me a formalized quote later and I was very satisfied with his pricing. Geo-insulation is actually quite incredible. Tom Porter and his team, from the very beginning, were extremely responsive and PUNCTUAL. They will not waste your time. They came over and assessed our insulation needs, and did not recommend the most expensive option. Their integrity was evident from the very beginning. During the installation, they took great care to not only minimize any mess that naturally occurs during any housing project, but also to make sure and clean up before leaving. In addition, they make the CPS rebate process extremely easy. All of the paperwork is completed for you, and the rebate is processed by them directly. The service we received was exceptional. Tom guided us through every part of the insulation process and answered every question we had. He had a positive attitude even though he had to go into a sweltering attic. He was on time, on point, and the entire process was very quiet. I was able to work in the next room without hearing much of anything. He cleaned up afterwards and helped us get a rebate from CPS. Highly recommend this company.
