Never park here for games, impossible to leave. Incompetent

THE WORST!! I paid to park here monthly and sometime the card wouldn’t work out of nowhere. I had to call the other office because the phone number on here no one ever pick up. (PS: I paid for 2 months, a month in advance and the card never work) Their customer service is terrible. They’re so incredibly rude and unwilling to help. And they WOULDN’T LET YOU CANCEL, claiming there a 30days notice (No more, No less) so if you want to keep counting the day, goodluck.

the manager of this facility followed me after I parked and threatened to call the police because I went the wrong way in the garage. our argument got pretty heated as I was begging her to call the cops so she eventually just walked back to the main office while still saying vulgar remarks under her breath. this is my third encounter with this woman. she has brown curly hair and is always very angry. I will be sure to record video next time.
