Installed AC unit, it started leaking water on floor, he came out once and said it was fixed. It is still leaking and he keeps saying he is coming and hasn't made it yet . Been 2 weeks so far.
I paid for a complete service that I didn't receive. Was told by owner "I guarantee my work." Only guarantee I received was no answer on a phone and won't show back up to complete the job correctly.
He does a good job my name is tony i been knowing steve 13 years i love his work
