I felt targeted on two different occasions #1they replaced my well pump where there was only a broken wire near the pump.#2 I had a Small drip on the backwash unit quoted me $5000 to fix the drip, A little caulk solved the problem. The company gives their mechanics too much control of pricing for the job.

HONEST service! Kenny installed our well pump 25 years ago. It's finally time to retire the old pump and install a new one. Not to disparage an industry, George M. Hatch is just the service we know and trust completely so we wouldn't consider anyone else!

This company is absolutely honest and amazing! They show up immediately, respond to calls and are very straight forward. I had issues with my We’ll Softener System, Ed came out and explained everything to me. We did a temporary fix and he suggested I update my system due to age and mechanical issues that may happen again. Never tried to force a sale! I took their advice, got the new system and they showed up on time and did an amazing job!! Will be using them for all my preventative ma maintenance for sure!! Thank you Ed and everyone else that works there!!

Always great service at a fair price. Called with a leak problem and water all over the basement floor and they were there in 30 minutes. Quickly diagnosed and solved the problem and I had water and was leak free an hour later. Thanks Ed and Kenny!
