They are very prompt with no pressure communications and reasonable price quotes, along with flexible schedules to meet up with customers. As a new pool owner I hadn't the first clue on how to balance swimming pool water and the equipment was foreign to me as well. I stopped into the store to ask a few simple questions which ended up being a tremendous help! I had my water tested and was given a quick pool chemistry crash course that made all the difference.
