They need to be investigated for violating the Americans with Disabilities Act, given how their elevator is almost constantly out of order. I have also never visited an elevator that more consistently reeks of urine. If you can use the stairs, you are in better luck, but if the vehicle exit system is experiencing one of its frequent malfunctions, or even if you are just leaving during the afternoon rush, you can expect up to an hour to exit.

Worst garage ever. Took 1.5 hours to get out after an event at C of C. The partlking tickets and card readers are slow and unreliable.

If you want somewhere you can leave your car and not have to worry about it, try elsewhere. Left my car here overnight and came back to some damage on it. Youd expect it would be simple to contact someone with camera access but apparently not. Tried calling a representative and was given no information but someone to email about it, which would be fine if the email actually worked. But unfortunately even though it was the correct email address for the person supposed to handle these things, it doesn’t take emails. Please, for the sake of your own property, don’t trust this place with your car.

Machine didn't give receipt. No attendant Tried to speak with one kiosk but couldn't hear. 2nd try gave me a website to go to that doesn't work. If you don't need a receipt I guess it's an ok place to park.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience here was POOR and my car will never be going here again. One line was shut down but did they have it blocked off NOPE. Me and the guy behind me had to sit and wait to be able to back out and get in the other line which in turn added more money on to our ticket. Also on top of this, I was pressing the help button and instead of answering the attendant just sat there staring and not answering. Never going back here and paying for the hassel when the Francis Marion is much better.
