Crews were on time and courteous. They took the time to protect are floor before they started work. Everyone from the owner to the installers are extremely friendly and take the time to explain what they are doing. I would highly recommend George’s A/C to anyone looking for great customer service and knowledgeable techs.

Colton was phenomenal. He was methodical in diagnosing the problem. He was able to resolve the issue in a very timely manner. His tenacity and determination to resolve the issue saved us a ton of money. If I have to eventually replace the unit, I will definitely give George’s air-conditioning a call and request Colton for my service repair guy.

Colton provided excellent service. He was very considerate and honored my requests to use PPE during his visit. He gave knowledgeable responses to my questions and seemed thorough. He combined checking on my heating with checking my cooling systems, which was very helpful with both systems in intermittent use this time of year.

Colton and Zach have been great helping solve problems with our unit and with annual maintenance. They couldn’t be more professional and are also very knowledgeable. Colton just did our annual review and we know our unit is operating well. Thank you and we’re glad to know y’all are there to help if we ever need.
