Good luck with this place. They have a terrible system in place for setting up appointments. Busy people, don’t make the mistake of trying to schedule with them, they will waste your time! I’d like to clarify something, since there seems to be some confusion on their end. Yes — they did call me. In fact, they called approximately five times, including two accidental “butt dials.” So any suggestion that I was unreachable or dishonest is simply false. What they refer to as their “state-of-the-art system” consisted of a receptionist taking the phone home, with a baby screaming in the background. Great service! Lalo did an awesome job. He was efficient, pleasant, and informative. He cleaned up after himself and was thorough. They billed me promptly and reasonably and made it easy to pay by just clicking a button on the invoice.

George and his crew did an excellent job on a bathroom remodel at my Key West Vacation home, everything turned out just the way I visualized it from the walkthrough to the finished product I am very impressed and pleased. I wouldn’t call anyone else but these guys for my plumbing needs!

Excellent response time and efficient work. I had a 12gallon per day leak that had been going on for some time and FKAA told me to get it fixed. Well we spent several days and multiple hours looking for a leak or mold or wet soil or drywall staining to no avail. George came out and diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes and his crew had the repair finished and leak-free within the hour. I am so embarrassed, but so thankful to George's plumbing for their quick action and quality work. He has decades of experience and his crew is professional and also has decades of experience in all plumbing issues. This is a great asset to the Keys.
