Fast service, however charged me $50 to take a box hook, grab my filter and bang it in the sewer water, which took all of less than 45 seconds. The added unclogged drain to bill. Won’t be calling them again.
Terrible experience with this company. During the inspection, we found some problems with the septic system, and the previous homeowner made a contract with Mark last July, but it is still not completed. He said that it would take 2-3 days, but it was not started yet for 15 months. In addition, currently, he or his officer does not reply anything to me—really unprofessional and unkind company.
I had a pump out done in 2019, and was well satisfied with the quality of service. I’m due for another scheduled for this week.
