Georgetown Air

I know good, fair, and honest people when I meet them. These people are all of that and more. They take great pride in helping their customers, not trying to take advantage of people. Their phone rings because they take care of the ones calling. This is not a "big box" company who has lost sight of fair prices and treating people fairly. These people here at Georgetown Air, are not predators. They are fair, honest, blue collar, hard-working people. Plus they know what they are doing and do it with kindness and respond fast to your needs. I could not recommend anyone more then I can this company. If you have a HVAC need, look no further. That stick on the left side of your steering column is called a turn signal. I'd suggest using it 😀

Our family has been using Georgetown Air for more than a decade. We used them to maintain our unit that we had inherited and then Mr. Riebel and his crew installed a 3 to 1 min split in our basement when we finished that 6 years ago. Those were brand new to the market at the time and we were wary of buying them but Mr. Riebel guided us through the process. Most recently, he installed a brand new HVAC in my office. I asked for other bids and once again, Mr. Riebel proved to know more than the others and encouraged me to buy a more economical unit than the other guys had. He is just so knowledgeable. We have always felt like we were more than just $$ to him. This week, he installed two 1 to 1 mini splits at our cabin. He was efficient, timely, and now we are toasty warm. Thanks, Mr. Riebel!
