I cannot say enough about this company and the service. From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were treated with professionalism, respect, with zero hard sell or anything but a great experience. We were able to take multiple samples home, find out what we liked, and then got recommendations and great knowledge on the different floor types. We got a great price, and the demo cost was less that I really could have done it myself, to get a dumpster, time, tools, and knowledge. When it came time for installation, Don our installer was absolutely great. We had to change our install date due to another contractor conflict, and he was super accommodating. Great experience! We will definitely be using Georgetown Flooring when we do other rooms. They helped me with selection. Measured the next day. And did a great install. Polite, friendly and professional. Our kitchen floor was a mess under our tiles… they ripped it all up and rebuilt the sub floor. They also did our sunroom and we couldn’t be happier.

Georgetown flooring I can't thank you enough for the outstanding work performed in my home. The whole process of material selection and installation was carefree. The completed work was done in a timely manner and exceeded my expectations for craftsmanship. The entire staff of the company were welcoming to us and very detailed oriented. We love our new floors . The installation was so precise no caulk was needed. The previous floors installed in our home by a different company relied on caulk to conceal errors in layout and installation. It is getting hard to find a company that cares but Georgetown flooring is one that does.. Visit their store and see for yourself.

Georgetown Flooring really impressed me with their quality, service, and installation. We had over 2000 square feet demolished and installed in just a few days. They were very accommodating to our schedule, and Don the installer was super helpful with recommendations for the floor and later maintenance and care. Our kitchen flooring was installed with excellence and attention to detail. He carefully explained the process and took extra care in making sure that we were pleased with the outcome!
