Georgia Carolina Heating & Air

We have been using Georgia-Carolina Heating & AC for about 25 years at our business. They were always prompt and thorough when we needed service. When we had a recent furnace failure at our home, they came out that day and diagnosed the problem. When we made the decision to replace our entire home system (unit and duct), Mike worked with us over many visits to really understand what we needed. They quoted a very fair price and installed what they quoted with quality and courtesy. We are very happy with the results. Their customer service is second to none. I would definitely recommend them!

Outstanding experience!!! They're a small local business which is a big plus for me (love supporting small/local business), and they treat you like you would expect: neighbors. I had two quotes on replacing my units and the other one was outrageous. Georgia-Carolina came through with a great price, easy to work with schedule, and awesome customer service. They treated my home like it was theirs: swept up, fixed some duct after I had tried to rig it myself, and even filed all of the warranty paperwork for my new units. I highly recommend using these folks!

My AC went out in the middle of the afternoon. My wife's boss recommended I give them a call for quick service. They were out the same day and fixed my AC. They were quick, efficient, and not overpriced. This was my first time using them, but if I need my AC fixed again, it won't be my last

We are new to the area and needed to have our HVAC sytem looked at, along with servicing. I called for an appt and was set-up immediately with a time that accommodated our schedule. No voice messages...no waiting for calls back, etc. The technician was Mike and he was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. Never once did we feel like we were being up-sold something we did not need. He made us aware of potential likely needs in the future, but in no-way made us feel like we had to spend more than necessary. Great service and very fair prices! Found our new HVAC provider.
