⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If I could give 10 stars, I would!) This is our second time purchasing flooring from Georgia Flooring Outlet, and once again, it was an outstanding experience. Steve is our go-to salesperson and truly makes us feel like family every time we visit. It had been a few years since our first purchase, and I initially called to get information about flooring for other areas of our home, planning to use the same Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) as before. Steve provided a detailed estimate, and a few days later we visited the showroom to confirm the material. Not only did he help us match our previous flooring, but he also introduced us to an even better option — 10mm thickness instead of 5mm — at a lower price point. This was my 3rd time working with Steven at Georgia Flooring Outlet and once again he didn't let me down. He helped me find the perfect flooring for house and got everything setup for a wonderful installation with one of his crews. They arrived on time and got the old floors removed and then started the prep work for the new install. These guys were great! When they finished you never would have known they had been there, they made sure to clean up any trash left behind and made sure I was happy with the work. I would recommend them to anyone and I have, my cousins used them not long ago as well. Great place to do business and the people are top notch.

Steven Pyle was very professional, showing us all the options they had available to fit our needs for a new floor in our kitchen, breakfast area, powder room and laundry room. He explained how to access Shaw’s website to get a virtual picture of how our selections would look. Once we made a selection, he gave us a quote that was less than two others we obtained. Dennis, Hector and Gerson did an excellent job installing. It took them about 8 hours to remove old linoleum and wafer board and install the new LVT and shoe molding. We will not hesitate to use them again.

We had new carpet and padding installed this past week. Steve at GA Flooring was exceptionally thorough in helping with our selection and explaining the entire process. We bought top of the line carpet and padding at a great price. The gentleman who measured our house was outstanding. We moved a lot of things on our own, mostly leaving the heavier furniture for the installation team. The crew was fantastic and worked hard all day. Great quality work and care.
