Very rude and unprofessional. Will not return phone calls and won’t notify customers when on site. They don’t conduct business in a courteous and professional manner. Don’t waste your time here, we experienced very poor customer service on 2 separate occasions.

I bought carpet less than a year ago. I’ve trying to get it fixed. It was a fairly bright color but looks like it’s a few years old. I’ve been getting the brush off for months now. Now they tell me to have it professionally steam cleaned to see if that helps. If not let them know. It shouldn’t have started looking how dark it is. I guess I’ll just have to replace it myself.

Great owner and helpful sales staff, plus they give you carpet samples of any carpet you're interested in. They will come to your house to measure and fix damaged areas also..I am looking forward to working with them this spring, on new bathroom and kitchen flooring and stretching the carpet.

I had a vinyl floor and carpet laid. I was not happy, because their was a big language barrier. The workers were 3 hrs. late, and did not speak english. I could not tell them anything that I wanted done. I like Georgia carpet, but I will have to stop doing bussiness with them because the workers can't comunicate with clients.
