Invoices were submitted under Net 30 payment terms; however, payment was severely delayed with little to no meaningful communication. Repeated follow-ups were required over an extended period, and when responses were received, they consisted of empty assurances without action. This pattern caused unnecessary stress, operational disruption, and cash flow issues for our business.
