We had a full AC/Heat and water heater Geothermal install. Start to finish I was very impressed with how thorough the company is with their process. They use a program to determine the exact needs of your house based on its size and the land. Their attention to detail in the initial planning process was what made me go with them for Geotherm vs other companies and i feel confident i made the right decision after experiencing the install process. Dan and Cody were our main installers and i wanted to give them a special shout out for their exceptional work ethic throughout the install process. They were constantly working to ensure the install went smoothly, they worked in sub-freezing temperatures and clearly made efforts not to disturb us while this went on. The Geotherm team is SECOND TO NONE in their technical expertise and ability to engineer and design extraordinarily complex systems. The scope of work for this project required multiple pond loops and geothermal heat pumps to all run in concert to replace a legacy commercial-grade hydronic system. The Geotherm team is highly knowledgeable, and cannot speak in any more glowing terms about the quality of their workmanship. The results are nothing short of magic! I can't believe how well this system works in a cold climate, while expending only a fraction of the energy being using previously. The space is consistently warm and comfortable, and the app-based control systems allow for precise control and remote system monitoring. This system will last twice as long as any other technology

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This is a great company that is truly focused on quality and customer satisfaction. The team that installed our system was top-notch in every way. Very pleasant, professional, considerate, fun, and a joy to have in our home. Mitch and Alex are a great team that always promptly arrive when they say they will. It was a pivotal moment when they finished and started up the system. The air quality and temperature were fantastic, and the system is very quiet. We are thrilled and looking forward to the cost savings and efficiency (as well as eco friendlier)! I highly recommend the Geotherm company for heating and cooling, and all the great people they employ. Thank you Geotherm!!

I have never had a company exceed my expectations, and they not only exceeded it they renewed my faith in what I should expect from a company. We had our electric upgraded, Joe Lake, our electrician went above and beyond and to make sure we had power, he started at 7am and I don’t think he took a break until 9pm, he also made sure our solar panel installation was installed correctly from another company. I wish I had used GeoTherm to do both. We also had Geo thermal installed in our home and everyone from Jessica in the main office, Jesse who was the project manager to Mitch the installer, there didn’t feel like there was one hiccup in the process. They were extremely professional, communicated everything clearly and most importantly threre were no surprises, which I kept waiting for but n
