Todd Mann and his crew did an excellent job on our home. New windows, doors and siding. They went above and way beyond ! Everybody was extremely nice and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone. We are beyond excited and pleased with everything !!

Based on the recommendations of neighbors and positive reviews on Google, we (me and my Asian husband) contacted Todd at Gerald Jones to help us with a window replacement project for our 40 year old home. Reflecting on our experience with Todd, what strikes us as odd is how differently he appears to have treated us vs. other customers. While other window company sales reps spent time getting to know us & answering our questions about window technical specifications, warranty and installation, Todd demonstrated that he was disinterested in earning our business. The first thing that seemed off was how little time he spent evaluating our home on his initial visit; he couldn't have been here for more than 10 minutes, whereas other company's reps spent at least 45 minutes measuring windows & a

Excellent service! Todd was prompt to respond to my request for an estimate. He then made suggestions we had not thought of about the style we were going for and the type of window that would work for our needs and budget. Windows were promptly ordered, built, and installed within one month. His installation crew worked from early in the morning until sundown to ensure the windows were completed in one day. Todd even came out to make sure all was well and even took his guys to lunch. Cannot say how refreshing it was to have such an EASY and pleasant experience with this. Price was half the price that we were quote from several other companies. Also, supporting the locals is very important to us! Thanks so much for incredible service. Our windows are beautiful.

Though we had to wait 6 months for our windows, this was a supply issue beyond the company's control. Once the windows were available, they were installed quickly, and fitted carefully. The installation team was great, and windows look terrific. Excellent company to do business with.

Made an appointment for some broken windows and a gentlemen came out for a consultation. He was here for about 3 minutes and told me that he could replace the windows, but I'd be better off going to a glass company since the job would be much cheaper for me. He could've just lied and gotten my business, but he chose to demonstrate a rare level of integrity instead. If I ever do need a window fully replaced in the future, I have no question in my mind that these are the guys that I would call first.
