I was very impressed by everyone at Gerard. They kept me informed and never tried to upsell me on anything. They were very willing to answer my questions and didn’t hesitate to explain the situation. My old provider ghosted me and I had to pick a new one which was daunting. I chose Gerard based on things people said about them on Reddit and they were right! They really are excellent!! As far as I’m concerned, they are my new HVAC company. Don’t be afraid to call them.

From start to finish, Gerard was extremely professional, courteous, and excellent in their work. When our furnace went out in freezing temperatures, our home warranty said the best they could do was to send someone out in five days. Gerard had a technician out in four hours from when I called, and a new furnace installed in the following 24 hours. They did consider repairs which unfortunately was not an option for us, but they explained everything thoroughly and left us with no questions. In a difficult time for our family, TJ, Dalton and Nick treated us like family and I hope you have the pleasure of getting to work with these great men!

I recently had a very positive experience with Gerard HVAC replacing our whole-house humidifier. While the technician did arrive later than originally scheduled, they communicated clearly and the delay was understandable. Once onsite, everything moved efficiently and professionally. The installation was done neatly, with care taken to keep the area clean and organized. Before leaving, they walked me through operation and maintenance so I felt confident using it. Overall, despite the minor scheduling hiccup, the quality of the work and professionalism more than made up for it. I would definitely use them again for future HVAC needs.

He explained the various diagnostic checks he was completing to identify the issue we were experiencing with our heat.
