Being out of town and coming home to a flooded new build is the last thing you need after an already rough week. These guys lightened the weight on my shoulders. From the moment that Rigo and Jonathon walked in they treated my home with the same respect they would their own. They took such care as they removed ruined cabinets, helped me pull everything out of them to take them to a dry space in the hole. Wow!!! The restoration work done by Gerloff Company was just completed and we are 100% thrilled with the work. Our entire downstairs was flooded. The initial water extraction and removal of baseboard, bottom 18” sheetrock and wall insulation was done by a different company. Gerloff Company had the best recommendations for the restoration work and my wife and I are so happy that we made this decision. We had a major water leak in the wall of our primary bathroom, and Gerloff Company Inc. was sent out to help. Damien and Angel showed up right away on a Saturday, which was such a relief in the middle of an emergency. They were kind, professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing while making sure everything was cleaned up before they left. A few days later, Louis Alvarez, the superintendent, followed up to double-check the drying process and make sure our home was truly ready for repairs. That extra care gave us a lot of peace of mind. After we had a leak under the kitchen sink ruined our home, our cabinets and flooring needed to be redone. Luis the supervisor overseeing everything was great, he kept me in the loop with ordering floor and cabinet restoration process. Rigo and Damian were also amazing, they came in once everything was completed and put my home back together like the leak never happened. Luis brought in an electrician to hook my garbage disposal back up, and also a plumber to make sure everything is put back the way it was correctly so we don’t have any more leaks.
