Germ Bust My Bins

Our bin had not been up to our expectations lately. Called office and informed us there was a new guy working. We were not pleased with the service. We liked the original guy we had when we signed up. Don't know what happened to him. But he was great. Recently called last cleaning and spoke to manager I'm assuming. He informed me that this cleaning was done by the new guy. Our bin still had cardboards stuck to the bottom. Wasn't to our satisfaction. Manager apologized and offer to give me a discount. This last time on Sept. 17, bin looked horrible again. I have taken pictures of it. I'm not pleased at all. Something needs to be done or we might have ti cancel our services.

We have been using this service for three years. We have had excellent service. They have never once missed a day. Yesterday specifically, because our garbage pick up ran late, my husband had put our one garbage bin up behind our home and stored it and left the recycling bin out because the garbage pick up was coming late for that particular recycling. Buster made numerous trips to our house, waiting for the garbage pick up to happen when they arrived not only did they sanitize and thoroughly clean the recycling Sitting out, but they went up behind our house got our garbage can And rolled it all the way down to the street and proceeded to clean and sanitize it also. This was, by far, the best decision I've ever made to have our trash bin cleaned!! The process is simple. They've never missed a scheduled appointment, and they're fast, efficient and friendly! I love getting my text reminder when we will be getting our trash bin cleaned. Our bin stays sanitary and clean. 100% worthwhile. If they offered more than monthly cleanings, I would 100% do that!
