Geronimo Poolmaster 2

Never written a bad review before and I hate doing this, but Alex deserves it and hasn't really given us any choice since he left the project incomplete and stopped answering calls. They started off great (back in September of 2025) but slowly issues came up. Workers would not show up and Alex would blame the weather or them getting sick, then Alex would desperately ask us for money so he "could pay" the workers even though we had paid him thousands already. We even got a late night call from an employee once asking if we had paid Alex because he had yet to pay them. Our mistake was paying the project off in full while out of town because Alex had not actually finished and then he stopped answering. Our project is still not complete (almost 5 months later) and he doesn't answer calls. Some

If I can give this man Geronimo and his company no stars I would he did a horrible job on my pool a week later there was a crack in the wall then another wall shortly after all he said was to fill the pool more with water and it will go away . We kept calling and he kept saying he would come and never did . He finally send somebody over and they opened up a hole in my pool and said yea they did a bad job. We kept calling and no answer for days , my husband went to his house the address for the business he lives 5 min from me and his parents came out along with the man that went to my house saying why did he show up and my husband explained if the pool does not get fixed we will be suing them the man proceeded to be disrespectful to my husband. Now the company is no longer answering calls

I had my pool resurfaced and new lighting installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Not only did they do an excellent job, but their estimate was significantly lower than others I received. They were honest, professional, and truly focused on helping me save money without compromising quality. Highly recommend them—great work and great people!

Alejandro and his dad have done an excellent job on my pool. Diamond Brite and replaced the light and pool pump motor. He stated he was going to start on a certain day and he did. he said he would finish by certain date and he did. Man of his word.. it took longer to fill up the pool than it did to Diamond Brite it. Strongly recommend this company. Excellent price by the way. Didn't show me unneeded repairs and cost...Like others tried.

Alex and his team did a phenomenal job on our pool. They were great throughout the entire process. Hard honest working. I highly recommend!!
