Gerralds Heating & Air

We’ve used Gerrald’s heating and air several times for HVAC issues. Very prompt and don’t try to oversell. Administrative staff is very nice and efficient. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

We have used Geralds several times because we have had problems every summer for 7 of the 8 years we built this home. Geralds arrived last week as our upstairs air conditioning system malfunctioned once again. It was warm, then cooler on and off. He showed up with a damper, which is usually the problem, and they only have a 1-year warranty. He fixed the damper and adjusted the vents on the ceiling in the upstairs rooms down the hall that are always hot. He said it could take a few hours to cool down. The cost was $100 for the visit and $300 for the part, for a total of $400. After a few hours, the temperature was going up, and now the downstairs started getting warmer.
