After many years of wanting to do a kitchen make over, I visited Gerry's Custom Cabinets in Watertown. Well, I was extremely pleased that I did. After telling Gerry my plan and the budget that I was working with, he shared his ideas and options that were suitable for me. I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience with cabinets. He made sure that I understood all options. Gerry is extremely professional, fair and very honest. He is very thorough and efficient. Gerry takes much pride in his work and makes the customer feel at ease. On two occasions, I had to contact Gerry on a Saturday because my kitchen required immediate attention. Amazing customer service. Went out of his way to get me a replacement mechanism for a 20 year old trash/recycling drawer that I had purchased elsewhere. Even gave extra parts just to help me DIY it. Incredible for a very very small job - that he probably did not make any money out of. Would definitely go to him and recommend him for any custom cabinet job. Convenient location in Watertown.
