I would not recommend this company at all. This company was sent by my warranty company for a new construction house. They fixed the dishwasher but damage it also in the process. They were notified the same day that the dishwasher was damaged by them. They denied it and refused to take responsibility for it.

On Monday, I called Lowe’s extended warranty plan, for my refrigerator that was needing to be repaired they set up my appointment for Thursday today between 8 and 12 with this company. I called the day before and left a message to confirm my appointment. No one called me back. I waited and waited… At 10 AM I tried to call to see what the status was. Left a message and still no one called. No one showed. Waited the whole time. I had told Lowes that this company only had two star review and all the complaints why would they even use them for their warranty calls. All the complaints are about no-shows. I do not recommend them.

It's no wonder this company has such a low rating. They have been to my home two times prior for water on the floor. First visit they replaced a "valve that's is a known issue". Second visit they told us to unplug the freezer to let it thaw for 24 hours. Still not resolved. The water has now caused damage to our home and the fan motor sounds like an 18 wheeler. Today I had an repair scheduled to between 8-12. The repair was scheduled through a warranty repair. The tech called me at 3 pm telling me he will be at my home in 1 hour (4 hours late). I asked him why he was late and he hung up. When you call the main office, no one answers the phone. You get an answering machine.

Having read the reviews about this business, I was quite skeptical when Lowe’s contracted them to repair my Dishwasher. I was told that the technician would arrive between 8 and 12 noon he arrived at about 10am(perfect for a Mon). The technician was clean and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and quickly made the repair. He made sure to clean up all of the water on the floor. He explained to me what caused the issue so that I could do something to prevent it from happening again. I had a very positive experience with company.

Warranty work scheduled by Frigidaire for my fridge, for between 12 and 5. Called at 1:30pm to confirm, and was told the tech was 1 hour out. 4:45pm, I called back with no luck in reaching someone. Left multiple messages and nothing. No tech, no call....the absolute worst company to conduct business with. Makes you wonder how they make any money...
