Tanner did system cleaning at my 4 plex. Residents felt he did a good job and answered questions knowledgeably.

Making an appoint was easy. They showed up on time, did the 14 vents in about 2 hours, cleaned all the grates, and didn't leave a mess. They were easy to talk to about any issues found. Great experience.

We hired you because we wanted a company that only did chimney cleaning and not some handyman who does it occasionally. The cleaning went ok, however now our damper doesn't open and close. Additionally, we needed the top chimney cap replaced. You said you would check and get back to us the same day, which you didn't after you said you would replace it. We called several times and you still didn't get back to us. A week later we called again and you said you didn't have one and we should go to Ace Hardware and get one. How's that for finishing the job? So much for customer service. And you've been in business for how long in CV? We are not satisfied with your service at all. Firstly that the damper doesn't open and close and secondly you didn't follow through and finish the job by replacing

They were on time and friendly and did a through job, they were also half as much as the next closest price I got. I'm a happy customer. Joe and Jordan did my service ask for them
