Get Bats Out is a highly responsive company that works diligently to provide detailed information about bat infestations. We received literature that was easy to follow about bats and their colonies. Michael, the technician who came to our home was fantastic. He was thorough, patient, and compassionate. He clearly understood how unsettling it can be to wake up to bats flying in your home and he spent a great amount of time trying to find the source of the problem. In terms of his work on the remediation measures, his work was thorough and neat. He answered endless questions and provided reassurance throughout the process. While I did not yet need the services of Get Bats Out Perkasie, I did interact with the technician, Michael. He is very responsive, showed up each and every time at the appointed time and is very professional and courteous.
