Jessica was super responsive through the whole process. She worked with me from out of state to coordinate carpet cleaning for an apt. That we will be moving into. Called me during the cleaning to clarify what we wanted done, and even sent comparison pics. Of before/after. Amazing difference! Highly recommend!

It took us a while to get an appointment scheduled with all the crazy weather, but Jessica was ontop of her game to make sure the rescheduled appointment got booked.
