Get It Done Moving & Junk Removal

I had an outstanding experience with Get It Done! Charles and Jacob were so careful with my belongings. Everything arrived without a scratch. Communication throughout the scheduling process and the "day of" was great. They arrived right on time, worked hard, and were super friendly. I highly recommend them for all your moving needs!

I was able to secure movers quickly and everyone was kind until it came time to pay. There was spotty service and our devices weren’t connecting to each other and instead of being patient while we found service, the gentleman’s mood switched and he began talking condescendingly to me like a child (and this was at least 2 hours past my quoted time). My items were not arranged in my unit like I requested, and a large frame and a tv was broken in the process which I did not know about until months later when I retrieved my things. I have a sales and customer service background and rarely complain, but between the rude customer service at the end of the move and my damaged items, I will not be using this service again.

Get It Done is just what Charles and his other worker did in less than a hour when they removed a lot of junk from my apartment. It would have been same day service, but when I rescheduled, they were available the very next morning (on a holiday). I truly appreciate the timely communication and their professionalism from the first call to the job being done! I definitely will hire them again!!!
