Ask for the price upfront. While the technician was friendly and skilled, I wouldn’t call them again due to how they handled price. They came out at around 1045pm on a Sunday to simply drill out my lock. My wife had my keys, and is out of state. Took him roughly 10 minutes to drill through the lock, check to see if he could replace the cylinders inside, and then pull up the portal to charge me. I asked how much it would be, the technician said $485!!! Highway robbery if you ask me. He said to call the company and see what they can do. When I talked to the company, they asked if he quoted a price before he started the work, he hadn’t. They said they would call him after I complained about the outrageous expense. No joke, 30 second later he said ok, $285. We settled on $255. Still much
