Pest are great for the outdoors but not for indoors and Getem Pest Control makes sure of that for our home in Shay Terrace in Portsmouth Virginia. I pay a small monthly fee and they come out to keep our home pest free. If I should need them between treatments they come out at no extra charge. When we first moved in to our home two years ago, We noticed a spider problem in our garage and our outside shed and a rodent problem in our basement. Service is average. When I first started with Getem they were on top of things. Great service provided. Seems like (just like everything else)they have become complacent. I have attached pics of the bait boxes that said they were serviced but not even moved.

Mike is an outstanding technician and a true asset to Getem. He is always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and he makes every visit a positive experience. His consistency and attention to detail give us great confidence in our yearly service. We have been extremely happy with Mike and Getem as our bug prevention company.

Matt was fantastic! He took the time to explain the treatment, why the timing mattered, and what services were included in the monthly plan. Knowing that I was recovering from surgery, he even took my trash out- above and beyond service. Highly recommend!
