My Air Conditioner broke in this stifling heat. My Husband ran into Joe at P.C. Richard’s, whom we knew from the neighborhood. Joe advised that he was very busy at the time, but if the store was unable to install a unit quickly he would assist us. The store gave a timeline of at least six days before a unit could be installed. My husband contacted Joe and explained the situation. Joe arrived the next day, he picked up the unit we needed from the warehouse and installed it at a reasonable price. His work was excellent and he took great care of us. Even going so far as to fight off bees that had built a nest near our old unit. I couldn’t recommend a better person if you need a job done at your home. He is professional, personable neat and efficient.
