Missed our garbage on Thursday. Called Friday told they would send a message to the office about the miss and they will pick it up Monday. Well Monday came and went. Tuesday called again, got the same story plus was told they would let management know and someone would call me. No phone call and garbage still sitting on the curb. And now that the garbage can is completely full I told them there might be bags sitting on the side of the can. I was told that they would not pick up anything that was outside the can I would have to call again and request that the extra garbage we picked up. Even though they know my garbage has been missed but now I got to call again if they ever come and get the garbage in the can. Nothing but a bunch of BS. So I called again and just Canceled Second thing JB c

Gfl is not professional at all! I’ve been waiting on a trash pick up for two weeks! The first week it was missed I called the next day ! They said I was added to the Friday pick up! Friday has come and gone still no trash pick up! It’s another week and my trash was not picked up again! It’s insane because when I called everyday since the first missed pick up , I’m told the driver marked trash was picked up! I have NO REASON TO LIE ABOUT SOME TRASH! I just want them to do the job I payed for! This is not a favor for me asking you to come pick up the trash ! Pissed off! This was before the snow storm! And yes my trash is still at the curb for two weeks ! Snow and all

I have a commercial dumpster with 2x a week service. It has not been picked up in 10 days despite calling customer service twice and being told there were no driver notes indicating there was a reason they were unable to pickup. Meanwhile, they are billing as usual. No one has good things to say about GFL, but rarely is the negativity proven so accurate.

I started a new service with GFL in early June and they missed all pickups that month. Called them 3 times about it and finally came and got it. Then missed pickup again for 2 weeks after and I had to call again. They won’t refund my money either, they just give me credit on my account. I still don’t have a garage bin so all our trash just sits by the road, and they can’t give me a date on when it will be here. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

After 6 months where they only successfully picked up the recycling one (1) time, we decided to cancel our service. After several months they had still not picked up their cans. We called several times and emailed several times. I stopped the drivers in the street and they courteously apologized and told me some one would be out to pick up the empty cans. They did not. Meanwhile during all of this time a wind storm blew the cans into the house and broke the mirror of my car. I emailed/called customer support to beg them to pick up the cans and they were very polite and told me they would "remove the charges from my account?", and pick up the cans the next day. That was a week an a half ago, and the cans are still there. last week my neighbor told me an area truck pulled up in my drive
