Excellent installing a replacement ductless wall unit in our home - from initial contact through work completion!! Gus responded to my first phone contact within 15 minutes, came out the next day to assess the issue, gave us a very fair estimate within a day, was communicative every step of way, answered all of our questions, moved quickly to obtain the permit and order equipment and completed the job in a professional manner!! Gus, and crew arrived first thing as promised, put down tarps throughout, explained to us the operation of the unit and completed the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend G&G if you need a dependable and honest company for your heating and air conditioning needs! I knew I needed to replace my HVAC system and was hoping to get through the winter but that was not meant to be. My heater died during the snow storm and one of the coldest weeks ever … G&G had me up and running with a new system in less than two days! Gus Jr and Dylan helped me through a very challenging few days and were there to answer any questions or concerns that I had.
