Service on June 19, 2025 at a condo complex Problem: The fan of my cooling feature (air conditioning) of the heating/cooling system ran continuously no matter what setting I used on the thermostat. I tried using the ‘off’ mode on the thermostat, but the system continued to run. Called GHC Mechanical for service. GHC Mechanical gets a 5-star review. Here’s why: 1. Probably one of the most horrendously rude people I've ever spoken to for any matter of business on the phone in my life. Interrupted me when I tried to ask questions, hurried me into trying to schedule a technician, and when I asked how much the service call would be, gave me a ridiculous price and hung up in the middle of me speaking when I was politely saying I would look at other options. I really don't like being the person who goes out and negatively reviews stuff and looking like a jerk, but this was an extremely unpleasant person to interface with.

Four different HVAC companies have tried to fix a problem we were having with our older system but without much success. Several even suggested that we needed a new system at a cost of $14,000. Emeron from GHC fixed the problem today in under an hour and for less than $400.
