2 guys came and neither of them introduced themselves. They were coming to remove and replace my floor and subfloor because there was mold. The paper the man had stated the same. They initially started putting a new floor over top my old floor. I told them that they had to remove/replace floor board and subfloor. They took the floor boards off and then were refusing to remove the subfloor. I was only able to communicate through text message w/ someone from gi flooring who also never intorduced themselves. They did nothing to protect anything in the house. They cut boards with circular saw INSIDE my house and sanded down concrete with sparks flying everywhere with no supervision just the one guy and no protection on my furniture .
