I’m not a customer of Giannini but their guys destroyed part of our lawn barricade and they are denying having any involvement when it was very clear that the damage was done by them. When I left in the morning this was not like this and when I come home their guys are parked next to it. Not sure if it was the trailer or the stand up mower but one of their guys crushed this wood and now I am forced to replace it.. cost of lumber is ridiculous and they just deny complete responsibility. I was told to make a police report by the owner and I intend to do so.

Giannini Landscaping isn’t even my landscaper—two of my neighbors use them, and I truly appreciate the work they do. I’m continually amazed that after finishing my direct neighbor’s lawn, they take extra time to leaf blow my driveway, clearing away any clippings or unintentional debris that might have blown over. They always make sure my property is clean from their work as well. What a great crew they have! Thank you for taking such good care of your customers—and soon, this guy is a new customer too. (I am sad to let go of my landscaper, whom I’ve known for almost 20 years. When I moved to my second home, he came with me.) Great job and thank you for taking such pride in your work!

Just blew all my neighbor's leaves onto my property. Did nothing about it. West Islip, NY. Told me the leaves would blow away. Yes, further into my yard that I just raked.
