Had Gibbel out to replace a very old and inefficient furnace. They were out within a day of calling them and had me my quotes before the end of the day! They quoted me on a multitude of options we talked about and ended up just going with a basic furnace installation. They had financing options (we just financed privately due to more options) but still reasonable. We never felt pressured to buy, or pressured to make a decision. Had a couple other places out to get options and gibbel’s price and customer service blew the competition out of the water. We paid all up front (even though they were flexible there too) and they had us scheduled that day for installation within the week. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood the work being done, which we truly appreciated.
