We called Gibbs on a Sunday afternoon, he returned the call a few hours later and was literally a half hour later. He could have charged for an emergency appointment but did not. (We would have paid that, it was 90 degrees in our house.). He fixed the issue quickly and even took the time to show me how to take the sides off of the unit and told me what to buy and exactly how to clean it, but did tell me if I wasn’t comfortable doing it myself to just give him a call and he would come back out and do that as well. Very professional and respectful. He could not have been nicer. If you need anything done with an air conditioner he is definitely your man.

We had several companies come out to give estimates on a new central air unit, and went with Gibbs because it was clear that they would do the job the way we wanted and do the best job. They did a outstanding job. Matt and his crew explained everything clearly, and showed me how to take care of unit. I am so happy with the work they did for us, and highly recommend this company.

Matt is awesome!! I trust him to give me the truth about whats wrong and not kill me on how much to fix it. He is the only One i will let do furnace repair or put in a new furnace for me.
