Software update reverted my payment method to an old account and they charged me an overdraft fee. Pretty unfair considering it didn't cost them one cent since the entire process is automatic. It's too bad you can't get JEA where I'm at. Not even a one time credit for the inconvenience.

Gibson Electric Membership cooperation is the best light office around. They do have wonderful people and staff that work there.
