Gibson / Lovell HVAC not only serviced our AC system for years, they worked with us to arrange a partial system replacement. It's allowed us to stretch out the lifetime of our existing system for a few more years, saving us a ton of money! I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough and honest inspection and estimate. We will be coming back when we're ready to replace the rest of our system. Excellent Company to do business with!! Our A/C stopped working on a HOT Sunday afternoon. We called Gibson / Lovell and they were there within an hour. They explained what was wrong with our unit and gave us all the options, from repairing our old unit to purchasing a new system. We decided to go with a complete new system and made an appointment for installation. Their crew was on time and did an Excellent job installing our new system. We are very satisfied and will recommend them to everyone.

Having your A/C stop working on a 94 degree day is VERY unpleasant, especially when you don't discover the issue until after 5:00. Gibson/Lovell has done work on my system before, so I called them first thing the next morning. To my surprise and delight, there was a technician (Kevin) at my front door about 30 minutes later. He was very informative and polite and was able to get my system up and running with a 'patch' less than an hour after I had called. He had the office order the part that needed to be replaced and came the next morning and got it installed. The office staff I interacted with was very helpful and nice and I feel the amount I paid was quite reasonable and fair. I will most definetely call on them in the future if needed and hopefully they'll send Kevin my way again.

We wanted to ensure that our system was operating properly before selling our home. After reading reviews for this local business, we called and were able to get an appointment for the same week. We had a great appointment with Mr. Jerry. He was thorough, explained everything he’d do during the process, and was able to let us know that the system looked great. We are very happy and will be sure to turn to Gibson-Lovell in the future!

Sunday evening and the AC sudden;y stops working. That's everyone's nightmare especially on one of the hottest days of the year. I called Gibson/Lovell who returned my call promptly. Dylan the technician was super friendly and helpful. He calmed my frantic nerves and arrived exactly when he said he would. He listened and immediately knew what the problem could be. He was knowledgable and correct on the problem. A new capacitor was needed. He fixed the problem with a smile. Answered all my questions and even gave me some measurements and advice on better filters to use. He went above and beyond. The pricing was fair for service and parts. Thanks to Dylan and Gibson/Lovell I was able to sleep in a cool house. I will definitely come back for any more service needed.
